Swipe Photos: Save Space / Terms of use

Clear terms.
Considered choices.

Document version: 2026-09-22. Purchases are disabled in the current app version.

1. Owner and purpose

Swipe Photos: Save Space is provided by Kirill Kashin, Cyprus under the Vareniq Studio brand. Contact: [email protected]. The app helps you view and sort photos and videos you allow it to access on your iPhone.

2. Your access and choices

Use the app with media you are entitled to manage. You control permissions through iOS and can limit or revoke access. Some features or analysis results will be unavailable when access is restricted.

A swipe only records a choice. Before deletion, you review your selection and confirm an iOS system prompt. Undo is available within the saved action history. It does not reverse a deletion already completed in your library.

3. Deletion and synchronisation

Check files before confirming. With iCloud Photos, deletion may sync to other devices. Recovery from Recently Deleted depends on file availability and iOS rules. Recovery may be impossible after permanent deletion. Keep an independent backup of important material.

4. Understanding analysis results

Exact duplicates are identified through conservative comparison of all available resources. Similar photos may differ; visual similarity does not mean a photo is unnecessary. The app does not guarantee finding every duplicate or identifying the best shot without error.

Sizes refer to available resources and may be partially known. Categories overlap. The app does not promise immediate recovery of a stated amount of storage, clear other apps’ caches, remove apps or show total occupied iPhone storage.

5. Current pricing

Purchases, subscriptions and paid restrictions are currently disabled. This describes the current configuration; it is not a promise of free access forever. Future paid features, prices and terms will be presented separately before purchase. This website does not currently sell subscriptions.

6. Availability and your rights

Operation depends on your iOS version, permissions, local resource availability and library state. Errors and interruptions may occur; please report them to support. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Rights in the app

Rights in the source code and design belong to their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer rights in your photos to the developer. Apple’s terms and the applicable standard App Store end-user licence apply separately.

8. Privacy

Local data, support requests and website visits are described in the privacy policy. Do not send personal photos for troubleshooting.

9. Law, enquiries and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts and authorities may have jurisdiction under mandatory law.

For questions, email [email protected]. Changes will appear on this page with a new date. Any future payment terms must be available before you decide to purchase.
